REFUND POLICY:
 

Refunds to all individuals shall be guided by the regulations herein below:

Refunds on cancellation will only be approved if the user provides written notice within 30 days. If the request is submitted, it is the discretion of Seagold Yachts to accept or refute the presented cancellation request. No further amends can be made once a decision has been reached.

Bad weather, including the lack of the sun or storm, is not deemed as a logical reason for a refund.

Re-scheduling : needs to be notified with at least 7 days prior to the rental day . Re-scheduling will be accommodated by Seagold Yachts preference and availability.

In case the quality of service is below the set standards, Seagold Yachts is committed to addressing the issue. The decline or ineffective service quality would be refunded at Seagold Yachts discretion because the user should inspect and approve the work before completion. In such instances, the final ruling cannot be changed.

Seagold Yachts is not liable or responsible for inadequate or delayed communication to the client on any assigned task. No refunds shall be granted on mistakes outside the organization’s operational limits.

In case you do not conceptualize the meaning of any section of this refund policy, feel free to seek clarification on the same.
