What is included on the charter?
Our yachts are fully equipped with cabins, kitchens, bathrooms, and air-conditioning for your comfort. You'll also enjoy top-notch sound systems with Bluetooth connectivity, allowing you to play your own music. Your charter includes a certified captain and stewardess, a cooler stocked with ice and bottled water, and a fun floating water mat for your group to enjoy.
What is the maximum capacity onboard?
In accordance with Florida charter law, the legal capacity for passengers is limited to 13 guests onboard.
Can I bring my own food & beverage?Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring any food and beverages for your charter. If you'd prefer, we also offer catering options and can arrange food for your event.
Can I cancel my charter?
All deposits or down payments made to reserve yacht charters or watersport add-on packages go towards administrative tasks, securing your yacht, crew, and activities. Your deposit guarantees the reservation of your yacht, making it unavailable to other clients. Please note that all deposits and down payments are non-refundable. Additionally, catering payments must be paid in full and are also non-refundable.

Weather Policy:
All charters will proceed rain or shine. However, if there are severe weather warnings (such as lightning, thunderstorms, hail, hurricanes, or tropical storms), the charter will be canceled, and rescheduling will be offered.

Please note that scattered showers, overcast skies, or a forecasted "chance of rain" do not qualify as conditions for cancellation. Similarly, news reports or media coverage highlighting events or concerns related to weather, tourism, medical risks, or other travel advisories that are not officially mandated by state or federal authorities will not be considered valid reasons for cancellation.
